Day 1: Arrival Pick Up (Kilimanjaro/ Arusha Airport)

Overview Welcome to Tanzania! On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will meet by a representative who will escort you by way of road transfer to Arusha.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park



Tarangire Overview

  • The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitation to the park in the June to November "the dry season" expectation is to see large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and Cape buffalo. Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon.

  • Today you will drive to Tarangire for a full day game drive.Famous for its large elephant population, it is also home to zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, waterbuck, baboons, & impala. Predators include lion, cheetah & leopard

  • Once inside the park, you'll see the eponymous Tarangire River lined with acacia and Baobab Trees.

About Tarangire

  • Is a national park in Tanzania the name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season.


Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater



Ngorongoro Overview

  • Ngorongoro Conservation Area is in northern Tanzania. It’s home to the vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and “big 5” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino). Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration.

  • Early in the morning after breakfast, proceed directly to the Crater floor for a full day crater tour (Hot lunch included).

  • A Ngorongoro Crater is usually open grassland and includes different kind of animals

  • Visit the world famous archaeological site of Olduvai Gorge, also known as the Cradle of Mankind. Explore the quaint little museum and marvel at the rugged landscape.
